Payment in full is requested the day of your session and required before the release of any images.
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be honored.
Shelly Shimon Photography retains the rights to all images and will not sell unedited images. All purchased images may not be edited or altered.
Travel fees are not included in pricing. There is a travel fee for any location over 30 miles outside of Chicago. Other terms and conditions may apply.
