A Letter to Myself
You can have days where things fall through: your website crashes, your files are corrupted, you lose all your edits.
You can have days where you lose followers, no one “likes” your pictures, or you deal with a difficult client.
You can even have days where you question if you are any good, why your phone doesn’t ring, and how come your inbox is still empty of inquiries.
But just please don’t quit.
Because if you quit, you rob the world of your perspective. And it’s a good one. You never know if you are on the cusp of a major breakthrough, or if things are about to get really, really good. You will look back on these days as days you are proud of: days where you stuck it out, days where you built your brand, days where you proved you could hang in there and be resourceful. These lessons are so important. They mean you are challenging yourself. To step outside your comfort zone means you are growing, and if you aren’t growing you're dying, so always choose growth, knowledge, and adventurous pursuits. But, whatever you do, just please don’t quit.
Here's to those who are taking risks, being bold, and keepin' on. Thank you. I am forever inspired by your pursuits.
